Returns Policy

We are proud of the quality of our products and we care about customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to assure you that we are here to help.

  • Returns

    If you wish to return a product, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please retain proof of purchase. Please include a return form with the package. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund to your account.

  • Exchange

    If you have received a product that does not meet your expectations, we can exchange it for another product from our range. Exchange is possible within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back and forth.

  • Defective or Incorrect Products

    If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. We will ask you to provide photos of the damage or error to facilitate the process.
